Can I exchange, refund, or transfer my ticket?
Yes you will get access to a personal participant page where you can make the change and download an updated ticket.
Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?
No we do not provide refunds but authorize ticket transfer.
What is included with my ticket ?
Early bird, Regular and Late birds tickets all include food and beverages throughout the day, access to all talks including workshops and unique swag from Strapi and expo sponsors. Free virtual registration only give you access to watch the keynote livestream.
Where is the conference happening?
The venue is located at 9 rue Forest, 75008 Paris, France and easily accessible by public transportation, including metro and bus. Métro Ligne 2 ou Ligne 13 Place de Clichy. Bus Lignes 30, 54, 74 stop Place de Clichy. Keynote will be livestreamed for people who register to attend online.
